About the Role: This is a systems-driven coordination role focused on reporting and follow-through. You are responsible for making sure clients complete required steps (surveys, inputs) and that reporting is delivered accurately and on time. This is not a strategic or client advisory role. It is an execution role focused on consistency, tracking, and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Deliverables
- Prepare and distribute monthly client reports
- Compile and organize engagement data into clear reporting packages
- Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
Survey & Completion Tracking
- Track client participation in surveys and required inputs
- Monitor who has completed required steps and who has not
- Send follow-ups and reminders to drive completion
Communication & Sequences
- Manage outreach sequences (email reminders, nudges, follow-ups)
- Monitor engagement behavior (opens, responses, completions)
- Re-send or adjust communications based on activity
Systems & Process Execution
- Maintain tracking systems for reporting and engagement activity
- Ensure all follow-ups and reporting tasks are completed
- Keep workflows consistent and organized
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
- 2–4 years in coordination, operations, or support roles
- Experience managing tracking, reporting, or follow-up workflows
- Experience with email tools, spreadsheets, or CRM systems preferred
- Proficiency with email platforms / sequencing tools, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
Soft Skills:
- Organized and highly reliable
- Strong follow-through — you close loops
- Comfortable working inside systems and tracking tools
- Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
- Clear and professional written communicator
