About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized Client Success & Sales Operations Coordinator to support the operational execution of Client Success and account growth activities across the organization. This role is focused on CRM management, workflow coordination, reporting support, outreach operations, and sales support processes to ensure systems, follow-ups, and client records remain accurate, organized, and consistently maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing recurring workflows while supporting both client-facing and commercial operations in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain CRM accuracy, organization, and data hygiene across accounts and opportunities

  • Update contact records, notes, activities, and workflow tracking

  • Ensure consistency across CRM processes and operational systems

Sales Operations & Workflow Support

  • Support lead and opportunity management workflows

  • Maintain follow-up activities, reminders, and automated sequences

  • Assist with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives

  • Support re-engagement and outreach tracking processes

Client Success Reporting

  • Prepare and organize recurring reports and reporting materials

  • Track survey participation, engagement inputs, and completion status

  • Ensure reporting deliverables are accurate and delivered on time

  • Maintain reporting workflows and follow-up coordination

Research & Outreach Coordination

  • Conduct account and contact research to support outbound initiatives

  • Assist with LinkedIn Sales Navigator workflows and list management

  • Support outreach coordination, sequencing, and follow-up tracking

  • Maintain organized outbound and account growth workflows

Proposal & Administrative Coordination

  • Maintain proposal templates, supporting materials, and documentation

  • Organize proposal records, versions, and operational files

  • Support proposal coordination and submission timelines

Systems & Operational Coordination

  • Maintain organized workflows across Monday.com, CRM systems, and operational tools

  • Ensure recurring tasks, reminders, and workflow activities are completed consistently

  • Identify workflow gaps and operational inefficiencies for improvement

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, CRM administration, sales support, client success support, or coordination roles

  • Experience maintaining CRM systems and workflow tracking processes

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Experience with reporting coordination, operational workflows, or client-facing support preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com, and automation tools

  • Experience with email sequencing or outreach systems

  • Background supporting sales operations, account growth, or client success teams

Soft Skills
