About the Role
~1 min readWe’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Construction Administrator to support our U.S.-based construction team. You’ll play a critical role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with U.S. construction practices. This role is ideal for someone in Latin America (preferably Colombia) who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, mission-aligned environment.

Provide administrative support for active construction projects, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Coordinate daily communication with U.S.-based contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.

Track construction timelines, milestone progress, and material orders to ensure on-time project delivery.

Manage and organize permit applications, inspection requests, and compliance documents in alignment with local U.S. regulations.

Maintain up-to-date records of budgets, change orders, and contractor communications.

Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders and project management tools.

Flag issues, delays, or discrepancies to the construction manager proactively.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in a construction administration, project coordination, or operations support role (U.S. market experience preferred).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
