Our client is a well-established U.S.-based plumbing and mechanical services company serving residential and commercial customers. The business operates in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment and relies heavily on strong coordination, accurate scheduling, and proactive customer communication.
We are hiring a Consultant – Service Coordinator with hands-on ServiceTitan experience and a strong background in plumbing service operations. This role sits at the center of day-to-day service delivery, coordinating technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure jobs are scheduled, tracked, and completed accurately.
This is an execution-heavy role requiring direct experience with plumbing workflows and ServiceTitan, not a general administrative position.
Responsibilities

- →Schedule, reschedule, and optimize technician routes
- →Act as the primary liaison between technicians and customers
- →Monitor job statuses, work orders, and service completion in real time
- →Maintain accurate job notes, updates, and documentation in ServiceTitan
- →Support job close-outs and invoicing readiness
- →Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally
- →Assist service managers with reporting, backlog tracking, and operational visibility
- →Proactively flag service delays or issues to prevent customer dissatisfaction
- Hands-on ServiceTitan experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience as a Plumbing Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or Dispatcher
- Strong understanding of plumbing service workflows and terminology
- Experience coordinating field technicians in a high-volume service environment
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
