You’ll work with a globally distributed design studio that partners with tech-focused companies to build product design, brand identity, websites, and scalable design systems used by millions of users worldwide.
The team operates remotely, moves quickly, and places a high value on craft, thoughtful execution, and clear thinking.
This role is not traditional marketing operations or social media management. It sits at the intersection of product design storytelling, strategic content marketing, and brand narrative development.
You'll collaborate closely with designers and leadership to turn real project work into compelling stories that attract the right audience.

Your job is to transform complex design processes, product decisions, and client outcomes into clear, thoughtful case studies and content that demonstrate impact.
You will also collaborate with the studio’s in-house design and motion design teams, giving you access to high-quality visuals and creative assets to support your storytelling.
This is a low-meeting, high-autonomy environment where the focus is on thoughtful output rather than constant communication.
Responsibilities

Own and execute the studio’s content and marketing strategy

Identify opportunities to showcase projects, product design decisions, and client impact

Plan and maintain a content roadmap aligned with studio growth goals

Interview designers and team members to uncover insights behind design decisions

Transform design processes into clear, compelling case studies

Ensure clarity, accuracy, and strong narrative flow

Identify content topics that resonate with founders, product teams, and design leaders

Ensure content positions the studio as a thoughtful design partner

Track content performance using analytics tools

Optimize content strategy based on engagement and reach

Support distribution across appropriate channels (website, social, etc.)

Work closely with designers, leadership, and creative teams

Translate design work into narratives accessible to non-design audiences

Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights and project outcomes
You are a strong writer who understands design, product thinking, or technology, and can translate complex creative work into compelling narratives.
You enjoy asking thoughtful questions, digging into details, and crafting stories that demonstrate real impact.
You are also comfortable working independently in a high-autonomy remote environment.
Requirements
