Lead monthly client calls (30 minutes) to review performance, answer questions, and gather feedback.
Send call follow-up summaries with next steps and highlights.
Build strong, trust-based client relationships with proactive communication.
Ensure budgets and hours remain within scope agreements.
Review and send monthly reports, summarizing insights and recommendations.
Provide regular internal updates on account health, risks, and opportunities.

Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
Set up campaigns, monitor performance, and make adjustments to meet client goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
Stay up to date on ad platform changes and evolving best practices.
Collaborate with content specialists to create/refine ad creatives, landing pages, and assets.
Ensure campaigns run smoothly and budgets are spent as agreed.
Deliver actionable insights to improve client outcomes.
