About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly proactive Ecommerce Manager / Ecommerce Growth Lead to take full ownership of our ecommerce website and help drive revenue growth through a combination of website optimization, analytics, and paid advertising.
This is a hybrid role for someone who understands ecommerce operations end-to-end and can think strategically about how to improve conversion, customer journey, and campaign performance. You’ll be responsible for identifying what’s holding the site back, testing improvements, and helping scale revenue through smart execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the ecommerce website’s performance and revenue growth
- Review website UX and customer journey to identify conversion drop-offs
- Analyze site data and performance metrics to uncover opportunities and problems
- Manage and run targeted paid ad campaigns to bring qualified traffic into the funnel.
- Recommend and implement improvements to copy, layout, flow, and messaging
- Support and run paid ad campaigns for ecommerce growth
- Leverage modern AI tools strategically to speed up copy creation, test campaign variants, analyze data, and build efficient growth workflows.
- Work closely with leadership to build and execute a revenue growth plan
- Track progress against revenue targets and adjust strategy accordingly
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience running or managing an ecommerce website end-to-end
- Niche B2B/B2C mindset
- Dual-Capability (Ecom + Paid Ads) with hands-on ability to run and tweak paid advertising while keeping website optimization as the core driver.
- Comfortable reviewing data and turning insights into action
- Can think creatively about website improvements and growth strategy
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Not junior — ideally mid-level, but could be a strong junior with growth potential
- Familiar with using AI tools in a practical, effective way
What Success Looks Like:
- Increased ecommerce revenue
- Improved conversion rates across the website
- Better understanding of customer behavior and funnel drop-offs
- Effective use of paid ads and AI tools to support growth
- Strong ownership of the ecommerce function with minimal hand-holding
- Earn scalable monthly commissions by scaling website conversions and growing monthly e-commerce revenue from baseline to target numbers
