To support our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity.
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting client engagements by managing financial data entry, preparing reports, and performing foundational analysis. This is a mid-level role ideal for professionals with a background in accounting or finance who thrive in detail-oriented work and are eager to grow within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Working closely with senior fractional CFOs, you will ensure that backend financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently—enabling leadership to focus on client-facing strategy and advisory services.
Responsibilities

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records across spreadsheets, dashboards, and systems.

Assist in preparing client-facing financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.

Support ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

Use tools such as Excel and Iris (e-commerce CFO dashboard) for data management and reporting.

Collaborate with CFOs to provide timely updates and ensure accuracy of financial information.

Conduct quality checks and validation of financial data prior to client delivery.

Identify and contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and workflow management.

Provide ad hoc financial support as needed across client engagements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or an analytical role.

Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets.

Familiarity with financial dashboards and reporting tools (experience with Iris a plus).

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
