We are a specialized AI and automation consultancy delivering custom technical builds, workflow automations, and AI integrations for high-growth clients on a retainer basis.

We sit at the intersection of high-level strategy and deep technical execution. We are looking for a sharp, client-facing Forward Deployed Engineer who can write and deploy production-grade custom code, leverage existing internal modules, and directly interface with client executives to identify and unlock strategic value through AI and automation.

• →Custom Engineering & Deployment: Write, test, and deploy production-quality custom code (primarily Python) alongside modular technical tools, API frameworks, and AI systems to solve complex client problems.
• →Client-Facing Technical Leadership: Interface directly with client stakeholders and executives to understand their workflows, identify friction points, and pinpoint high-impact strategic areas where AI and automation will drive measurable business value.
• →Architecture & Solution Design: Translate high-level business goals into scalable technical architectures. Leverage internal code libraries and pre-built modules where possible, while building robust custom integrations where standard tools fall short.
• →Partner with Account & Product Leads: Work closely with internal Account Managers and Product Managers to define technical scope, set realistic timelines, and execute solutions efficiently without unnecessary complexity.
• →Troubleshoot, Audit & Optimize: Rapidly diagnose integration failures, edge-case bugs, system bottlenecks, or API rate limits to ensure client retainers run smoothly.
• →Expand Internal Tooling: Document custom builds and contribute reusable code modules, integrations, and templates back to our core internal library to accelerate future client deployments.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on software development experience (as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant).
• Strong Coding Abilities: Deep proficiency in Python and working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON schemas, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and modern AI toolkits (OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, etc.).
• Automation & Low-Code Savvy: Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) and an understanding of when to write custom code vs. when to utilize modular tools for fast execution.
• Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to look beyond code syntax to understand client business models, workflows, and operational drivers—identifying new strategic opportunities for AI/automation.
• Executive-Level Polish & High EQ: Native or near-native English fluency with the cultural nuance to hold engaging, high-trust conversations with US business leaders and executives.
• Pragmatic & Adaptable: Comfortable working in fast-paced, fluid environments with ambiguous client requirements, always prioritizing fast, reliable execution over over-engineering.
• Time Zone Alignment: Full availability to work overlapping operating hours with US time zones.
