That said, the main profile currently being hired for is a Client Service Specialist (Core Function): Serve as a high-touch point of contact, communicating effectively with professional clientele, including law firms, banks, and corporate entities. You will create orders or quotes and handle the logistics of fulfilling the client’s request all the way through invoicing. You will liaise with clients, internal fulfillment teams, and external vendors with urgency to ensure deadlines are met.

Your ability to assimilate into an "Americanized" business environment with flawless, high-level professional English communication is essential. You must be prepared for a highly intensive onboarding process designed to quickly determine if you are the “real deal.”


Responsibilities

Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless operational support and sophisticated client engagement within a professional services context. Responsibilities may evolve rapidly based on company needs and your demonstrated strengths:

  • Executive & Team Support: Manage complex emails, calendars, and appointments for executives or team members, often requiring coordination across different legal, financial, or corporate partners.

  • Client Service Specialist (Core Function): Serve as a high-touch point of contact, communicating effectively with professional clientele, including law firms, banks, and corporate entities. Create orders or quotes and handle logistics of fulfilling client requests through to invoicing.

  • Professional Services Administration: Handle administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail, including data entry, document creation, file organization, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

  • Advanced Research & Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth research, compile and summarize information, and assist with due diligence, corporate, and compliance-based services for industry professionals.

  • Exceptional Aptitude & Intelligence: You are a quick study who is truly above average and capable of mastering complex, sophisticated tasks quickly.

  • Detail Obsession: A meticulous approach to all tasks; you take pride in flawless execution and following instructions precisely, especially when dealing with legal or financial documents.

  • Professionalism & English Fluency: Native-level command of written and verbal English, with a deep understanding of professional corporate communication standards required when engaging with senior-level executives at law firms and banks.

  • Proven Drive (Go-Getter): Evidence of being a high performer, someone who has been consistently promoted or given increased responsibility in prior roles.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Reliability & Accountability: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain the highest level of discretion with confidential information.


  • Location: Remote (based in South Africa)

  • Working Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
