Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that has spent the past five years transforming how healthcare staffing firms connect with talent. Their proprietary marketplace platform integrates directly with leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), helping recruitment agencies streamline hiring workflows and improve placement efficiency.

Having successfully grown through founder-led sales, the business is now expanding its commercial and client delivery teams to support the next phase of growth. They operate as a fully remote global organization, working with healthcare staffing companies across North America.


As an Implementation Project Manager, you will own the client onboarding journey from contract signature through successful platform launch.

Working directly with enterprise healthcare staffing clients, you'll learn how they recruit, map their existing workflows, gather implementation requirements, and coordinate closely with the development team to configure the platform around each client's business.

Once implementation is complete, you'll continue supporting your client portfolio through regular check-ins, ongoing relationship management, and product adoption, becoming a trusted partner as they grow with the platform.

This role combines project management, implementation consulting, and customer success, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering exceptional client experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation kickoff meetings with newly signed clients.
  • Understand each client's recruitment processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
  • Gather implementation requirements and document business processes.
  • Translate client needs into clear implementation plans and project milestones.
  • Identify potential implementation risks and recommend practical solutions.

  • Own the implementation lifecycle from kickoff through successful go-live.
  • Coordinate with internal software developers and technical teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
  • Manage implementation timelines using Monday.com.
  • Track development tasks and dependencies within Jira.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates to clients.
  • Test completed configurations before deployment and coordinate final launch activities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact following implementation.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to support adoption and long-term success.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback and enhancement requests.
  • Escalate technical or operational issues when required.
  • Help clients maximize the value of the platform throughout their partnership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Consulting.
  • Experience managing software implementations or client onboarding projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience working with Jira or similar ticket management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong business process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients throughout implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent organization and attention to detail.

Nice to Have
