Position : Implementation Specialist (App Architect & Builder)

Work Hours (Client) : Remote (overlap with U.S. hours required; ideally CST/PST)

Pay Range : 3,500-4,500USD/month  (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : South Africa, Philippines, Latin America, or Any Region

Company/Client Overview:

The Company is a next-generation no-code and AI platform specifically designed for building complex, regulated healthcare applications. 

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will transform complex healthcare requirements into enterprise-level applications using the Blaze platform. You will architect and build sophisticated, HIPAA-compliant solutions in a fraction of the time required by traditional development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand application requirements and workflows.
• Configure and deploy custom applications on the company’s platform.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide clients through setup processes.
• Lead the "Design-to-Launch" phase for new clients, architecting HIPAA-compliant database structures from scratch.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into sophisticated Blaze logic, including multi-step automations and third-party integrations.
• Consult with CIOs and Operations Leaders to refine their product vision for speed-to-market.
• Maintain a rigorous implementation timeline, ensuring apps launch within the promised 10x faster window.
• Maintain high standards of client communication, including meetings and progress updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 4+ years in Full-stack Development or Technical Consulting

Industry: Healthcare experience a plus

• Strong background in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in healthcare software or healthcare-related applications preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; comfortable in client-facing interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Web Developer experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
