Junior Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate from Latin America to Ireland.

The company will support and manage the relocation process for the successful candidate.

This is not a remote position. Once hired, the candidate will be expected to work on-site in Ireland.

• →Assisting the Quantity Surveying team to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants along with day-to-day QS duties.
• →Experience in IW, ESB, or Drainage projects, or UK/Australian/USA similar industry ideal, but not essential.
• →Assisting the Quantity Surveying team to assist with the preparation of monthly internal valuations and monthly cost reports.
• →Reporting on budgets and variations.
• →Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
• →Tasks will be allocated to reflect increasing levels of development and experience.

• Full clean driver’s license essential.
• A relevant qualification is desirable.
• 1+ years post-Graduate experience within the construction or utilities sector.
• Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity) experience.
• Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Time management abilities to meet targets.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
