About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and systems-driven Marketing Coordinator to build the company’s top-of-funnel engine from the ground up. This role is responsible for generating awareness, attracting qualified leads, and developing a consistent outbound marketing pipeline across Joaquin’s three businesses.

This person will leverage AI tools, content automation, and raw media assets (photos & videos) to produce a steady stream of high-quality content and convert visibility into qualified meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily/weekly social media content using raw footage, photos, and field documentation.

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Descript, etc.) to generate posts, captions, short-form edits, and promotional assets.

  • Maintain consistent posting cadence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Develop brand-aligned messaging for all three businesses.

  • Build and manage top-of-funnel marketing campaigns.

  • Identify and engage target accounts within the wine, vineyard, and agriculture ecosystems.

  • Launch basic advertising or boosted content campaigns to improve reach when needed.

  • Track and optimize lead flow using CRM and automation tools.

  • Convert content engagement into qualified meeting opportunities.

  • Set appointments for the sales team, ensuring prospects meet basic qualification criteria.

  • Assist with email marketing, cold outreach, and nurturing workflows.

  • Monitor engagement, conversion rates, and content performance.

  • Provide weekly reports on KPIs such as leads generated, followers, and booked meetings.
