We’re looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator Assistant to support our team with ad production, media preparation, listing management, and communications. This role is essential in ensuring our listings, advertisements, and services remain top-tier and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format photos and videos for advertisements.
  • Ensure all media meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Organize and manage media files efficiently.
  • Utilize Photoshop to run scripts and identify opportunities to streamline the editing process.
  • Suggest and implement workflow improvements.
  • Refine, compile, and finalize video advertisements.
  • Identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy in the listing management system and ad production process.
  • Manage and boost Facebook posts daily within the allocated budget.
  • Manage email inboxes by promptly responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages professionally.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Leverage creativity to produce engaging content for social media.
  • Contribute to video creation, graphic design, caption writing, and brainstorming sessions for campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in content creation and social media management (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn about the equine industry.
