As the company continues to expand its enterprise platform and modernize its architecture, they are investing heavily in scalable, cloud-native backend systems. We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a core engineering group responsible for building reliable, high-performance services that power their global product ecosystem.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade backend systems. You will work closely with architects, principal engineers, and product teams to build scalable services, modern APIs, and distributed systems that support complex, regulated use cases.

This role is ideal for a senior-level backend engineer who enjoys solving complex system design problems, improving platform reliability, and delivering clean, maintainable code in a large-scale production environment.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET (C#).

• Develop reusable service components and shared platform capabilities consumed by multiple product teams.

• Contribute to the evolution of a modern, service-oriented and cloud-native architecture.

• Build secure, well-designed RESTful APIs and service interfaces.

• Integrate with internal and external systems, including third-party APIs, data platforms, and enterprise tools.

• Ensure consistency, versioning, and backward compatibility across services.

• Design systems with scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience in mind.

• Optimize application performance, throughput, and latency in high-usage production environments.

• Address concurrency, data consistency, and reliability challenges in distributed systems.

• Design and implement data access layers using relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Write efficient queries, manage schema evolution, and ensure data integrity.

• Collaborate with data and analytics teams on shared data models and pipelines.

• Own services from development through deployment and production support.

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system observability.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices.

• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team.

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core in production environments.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

• Experience building and maintaining large-scale, long-lived enterprise systems.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

• Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and cloud-native deployment patterns.

• Experience designing systems for security, compliance, and reliability.

• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework).

• Understanding of transaction management, performance tuning, and data modeling.

• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or background processing.

• Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular) or TypeScript.

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
