Responsibilities

  • Own the operational documentation library and company standards.
  • Scale the review, SME approval, and publishing process.
  • Maintain documentation hierarchy, version control, and governance standards.
  • Build and manage the training program that rolls out operational procedures across all locations.
  • Ensure documentation is understood, adopted, and consistently followed.
  • Design and conduct operational compliance audits.
  • Translate audit findings into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct branch safety audits.
  • Drive operational risk reduction across the organization.

Primary KPIs:

  • SOP deployment rate (approved and trained vs. total)
  • Operational audit adherence score

Supporting Metrics:

  • Documentation review throughput
  • Training completion by location
  • Safety incident rate
  • Audit findings closure time
  • Drive adoption of standardized operating procedures.
  • Establish operational standards, training programs, and audit processes.
  • Lead change with a balance of accountability and collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing documentation, training, or audit programs.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written). This role works closely with US-based leadership and requires near-native communication skills. The interview process includes English assessments.

Nice to Have

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification/experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-location operations.
  • Experience managing workplace safety or compliance programs.

Remote, based anywhere in Latin America, with full overlap with US business hours. Occasional travel to company locations may be required.

  • Successfully implemented operational audit programs that drive measurable improvements.
  • Built an effective training function across all locations.
  • Implemented a strong safety and compliance program across the business.
