About the Role

You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and creative direction. The ideal candidate understands both the technical and creative aspects of paid media and can consistently drive qualified lead volume while optimizing for performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, and YouTube preferred)
    • Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies focused on acquiring high-quality leads
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall ROAS
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy management, and funnel optimization
  • Continuously test landing pages, ad copy, creative angles, and conversion strategies
  • Utilize AI-supported workflows and tools to test and iterate ad creatives efficiently
  • Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Monitor paid media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
  • Make data-driven decisions to scale campaigns effectively
  • Collaborate on ad creative development, messaging, hooks, and offers
  • Provide direction and feedback on performance-focused creatives
  • Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team

Nice to Have
