As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help elevate our marketing collateral and ensure every touchpoint reflects our premium brand.

We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). You'll be responsible for producing high-quality marketing assets that promote our city summits while maintaining a consistent, polished visual identity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working from established brand systems, and can deliver polished work with quick turnaround times.

There is strong potential for this role to expand into a full-time position for candidates with additional WordPress/Elementor experience as our events and marketing initiatives continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a scalable visual system, including typography, color palettes, layout structures, and a library of reusable assets (skyline overlays, backgrounds, logo treatments).
  • Create editable templates for speaker graphics (individual and panel), sponsor assets, email graphics, and social media (LinkedIn priority) for internal and external use.
  • Speaker & Panel Graphics: Produce 50+ individual speaker graphics (headshot, company logo, branded layout) and 7–8 panel graphics (multi-speaker layouts with titles and sponsor integration).
  • Sponsor & Partner Assets: Design 1 master sponsor banner (print and digital) per event with ~3–4 revisions as needed, and manage ongoing sponsor logo organization for email, web, and presentations.
  • Social & Promotional Graphics: Create LinkedIn-first promotional assets for ~60 posts per event, consisting of individual speaker, company, and summit branding, including ~10 panel/fireside posts.
  • Create and refresh daily email graphics (SendGrid or equivalent), updated every weeknight to reflect speaker and sponsor changes.
  • Finalize all daily assets by 11 PM EST to be ready for 8 AM EST distribution.
  • Package assets for media partners to use in newsletters and campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing design support for last-minute speaker additions and sponsor changes with fast turnaround (same or next business day).
  • (Optional) Update WordPress site with speaker profiles, sponsor updates, and refreshed collateral.
  • Maintain existing design systems in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ensure clear version control, organized file delivery via shared drive, and seamless communication with the team.
  • Collaborate on pricing structures that account for branding creative pre-event vs. ongoing updates.
