As we continue investing in our direct-to-consumer growth strategy, we are looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead campaign planning, lifecycle marketing, organic content strategy, influencer partnerships, agency management, and DTC revenue growth.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in ownership-driven environments and enjoys making decisions that directly impact revenue performance.
You will not simply execute marketing initiatives—you will help determine what the company says, when it says it, where it says it, and how those efforts translate into measurable business growth.
This is not a social media management role.
This is not a content coordination role.
This is a DTC growth leadership position responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
You will serve as the strategic owner of multiple customer-facing marketing channels and become the primary driver behind campaign execution and performance optimization.

Responsibilities include:

You will serve as the architect of the company's campaign ecosystem.
Own the email channel as a major revenue-generating asset.

You should be comfortable discussing revenue attribution, deliverability, engagement metrics, and customer lifetime value.

Act as the strategic owner of external paid media relationships.

- Reviewing spend efficiency
- Optimizing customer acquisition efforts
- Ensuring alignment between paid media and broader campaign objectives
You should be comfortable analyzing:
- ROAS
- CAC
- CPA
- Conversion rates
- Revenue attribution
- Audience performance
The agency executes campaigns. You determine the strategy.
Partner with technical resources to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
Responsibilities include:
- Landing page strategy
- Product launch pages
- Promotional campaign pages
- Merchandising support
- Conversion-focused content recommendations
- Seasonal site experiences
Build and scale creator-driven growth initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Program development
- Influencer recruitment
- Affiliate management
- Product seeding campaigns
- Partnership negotiations
- Performance measurement
- ROI analysis
You will be responsible for establishing scalable creator relationships that support both brand awareness and revenue generation.
Serve as a guardian of the brand across all customer-facing channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining consistency across campaigns
- Reviewing creative assets
- Approving marketing materials
- Protecting brand voice and positioning
- Ensuring alignment between performance marketing and long-term brand equity
Use data to drive strategic decision-making.
You will regularly analyze:
- Email performance
- Ecommerce metrics

- Paid media performance
- Website conversion data
- Customer acquisition trends
- Retention metrics
- Campaign ROI
Success will be measured by your ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Requirements
~1 min read- 4–6+ years of experience in DTC Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Experience owning marketing channels and revenue outcomes for a consumer brand
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar lifecycle marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and consumer marketing
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have

- Experience building influencer or affiliate programs
- Experience in outdoor, lifestyle, sporting goods, recreation, or consumer products industries
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and ecommerce reporting platforms
- Basic design proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience scaling DTC revenue channels
