Salary - $2500 - $3000 per month
We are a SaaS and data company serving real estate investors in the tax lien and tax deed space. The platform provides data, software, and educational resources that help investors identify, analyze, and capitalize on distressed property opportunities.
The business offers a mix of subscription software and data products, along with premium programs and partnership opportunities designed to guide customers from initial engagement through long-term collaboration.
We are hiring a Senior Growth & Marketing Manager to own marketing end-to-end: strategy, execution, and optimization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as a one-person marketing engine, responsible for everything from creative production and funnel development to lifecycle automation and revenue-driving campaigns.
This is an AI-first role. You will write, design, edit, build, and ship marketing assets including static images, video visuals, ebooks, funnels, offers, social content, email campaigns, and HubSpot workflows.
Leadership will provide high-level direction, but you will define priorities, craft strategies, and execute with strong ownership.
You will work closely with the sales team through HubSpot to ensure tight alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
