Serve as the day-to-day paid media owner for assigned client accounts

Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager

Oversee campaign builds, optimization strategy, and performance monitoring

Ensure campaigns align with client growth goals and marketing KPIs

Own budget pacing, allocation decisions, and optimization strategy

Manage accounts with significant ad spend and complex campaign structures

Continuously optimize performance through bid strategy adjustments, targeting improvements, and creative testing

Balance volume vs. efficiency tradeoffs to maximize overall campaign performance

Develop quarterly paid media roadmaps tied to business and marketing objectives

Lead channel planning and provide strategic recommendations across paid media platforms

Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns, improving conversion rates, and increasing marketing efficiency

Build and maintain reporting that connects advertising spend to measurable business outcomes

Translate performance data into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations

Monitor KPIs and proactively identify risks or opportunities

Design and manage structured testing frameworks across audiences, bidding strategies, and creative variations

Lead experimentation initiatives to improve campaign performance and generate learnings for the broader team

Mentor Paid Media Specialists and Junior team members

Conduct campaign QA reviews and provide strategic feedback

Partner closely with Creative, Content, and Client Strategy teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
Requirements
