Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support financial accuracy, balance sheet integrity, audit readiness, and internal controls.

This role will focus heavily on balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounting, manual journal entries, fixed assets, month-end close, and accounting SOPs and controls.

  Conduct a detailed review and cleanup of Balance Sheet accounts.

  Build and maintain monthly reconciliation schedules for cash, prepaids, accruals, deferred revenue, intercompany, debt, and other accounts.

  Manage fixed asset schedules, depreciation, amortization, and related journal entries.

• →

  Prepare and post accurate manual journal entries during month-end close.

• →

  Review GL accounts for proper coding, classification, and variances.

• →

  Develop and document accounting SOPs and processes.

• →

  Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.

• →

  Ensure financial records remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on GL accounting experience, ideally at Senior Accountant level.

• Strong experience with Balance Sheet reconciliations and account cleanup.

• Experience with fixed assets and complex manual journal entries.

• Experience developing accounting SOPs and internal controls.

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.

• Experience with accounting platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, or SAP.

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and financial modeling.

• Excellent English communication and exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work full-time with overlap during U.S. business hours.
