Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Success Manager at a growing U.S.-based company. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and maximizing the value our customers receive from our products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships in a B2B environment
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering value and building trust.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ business needs, objectives, and challenges to ensure our solutions align with their goals.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and adoption.
- Monitor client engagement, usage, and satisfaction to proactively address issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, and support) to deliver on client requirements and drive retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions with clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
- Track, analyze, and report on key client success metrics.
- Manage escalations effectively, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Advocate for the client internally to help shape product development and service offerings.
Compensation
$ 1,200 - $ 2,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
Details
- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
