SU - Software Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a versatile and driven Software Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance software applications. In this role, you will work through the full software development life cycle—from system design and coding to testing and deployment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven professional experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or C++).

• Working knowledge of modern databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Design and implement robust software architecture for web, mobile, or cloud environments.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.

• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and external cloud services.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards and adherence to best practices.

• Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure application stability.

• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to plan sprints and deliver features on schedule.

$ 5,000 - $ 9,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

• Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
