Surveyor – Leakage

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate from Latin America to Ireland.

The company will support and manage the relocation process for the successful candidate.

This is not a remote position. Once hired, the candidate will be expected to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland and across project locations as required.

• →Conduct pre-condition surveys of private properties before construction works commence, documenting any existing conditions.
• →Perform pre-condition surveys of public areas, including roads, footpaths, and other infrastructure, to assess their state before works begin.
• →Survey locations before reinstatement works to confirm the condition of existing surfaces, surface materials, and footprint requirements for reinstatement.
• →Conduct post-reinstatement surveys to verify completed works, ensuring accuracy for payment submissions and compliance for road opening license (ROL) closures.
• →Investigate and document historic locations where information may be missing (e.g., photographs, measurements) to support the closure of historic ROLs.
• →Survey and document snags from ROL rejections, assisting in resolving outstanding issues.
• →Maintain accurate records, including photographic and written reports, to support project documentation and regulatory compliance.
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all surveying activities.

• Full clean driver’s license essential.
• Previous experience as a Surveyor in utilities, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
