Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Salary Range: $1,500 – $2,000 USD / month

We are a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in social media management and high-volume video production. We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can align seamlessly with Central Standard Time (CST) working hours.

  High-Volume Editing: Edit 10 to 15 short-form videos daily following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  Speed & Simplicity: Master a clean, straightforward editing style optimized for rapid turnaround rather than high-end animation or complex luxury edits.

  Team Collaboration: Maintain frequent, clear communication with the team and assist in structuring delivery schedules for maximum efficiency.

  Performance-Driven Growth: Participate actively in a supportive team culture that offers performance-based bonuses for top output.

• Software Proficiency: Strong background in standard video editing tools. Proficiency in CapCut is highly preferred.

• Social Media Acumen: Strong familiarity with social media content formats, platform specs, and current viral trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

• SOP Execution: Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and execute edits based on internal SOPs without sacrificing quality.

• Reliability: Self-motivated with strong time-management skills to consistently meet daily volume targets within CST hours.
