Position : Workflow Engineer

Working Schedule : 8am-5pm EST to start (can possibly adjust with a couple hours of overlap based on business needs)

We are a fast-growing, profitable startup running a done-for-you automation platform for MSPs (Managed Service Providers). We design and maintain workflows that automate mission-critical processes such as user onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 management, and PSA integrations.

We move fast, ship meaningful work, and operate without bureaucracy or endless meetings. This is an opportunity to work at the ground floor of a growing company and help shape the future of automation — including contributing to our workflow builder AI.

We’re looking for a Workflow Engineer who can build, maintain, and optimize backend automations inside our platform. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong JavaScript skills and the ability to write production-quality code daily.

You will design solutions, write and maintain code blocks, integrate APIs, and help improve how automation is built and scaled across our system. We will train you on our specific platform, but you must already be comfortable coding.

• →Design and implement automation workflows within our platform
• →Write and maintain JavaScript code blocks for data manipulation and logic handling
• →Work on backend automation processes and integrations
• →Connect and manage APIs across external systems
• →Build and optimize workflows for:
  • →User onboarding and offboarding
  • →Microsoft 365 administration
  • →PSA integrations
• →Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• →Contribute ideas to improve our automation engine and workflow builder AI
• →Communicate clearly when encountering blockers or technical challenges
   

• 3-5 years of experience in the same same role or field
• Strong JavaScript skills (you will write JS daily)
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Ability to write clean, production-quality code
• Availability during US business hours (EST/CST overlap preferred)
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments (licenses, mailboxes, groups, conditional access)
• Background in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) space
• Experience with PSA tools such as:
  • HaloPSA
  • ConnectWise
  • Autotask
