Production Worker

The Hartsville Converting Operations has an opening for a Production Worker.  This position will be under the general direction of the Winding and/or Finishing Shift Supervisor. 

• →responsible for safely and efficiently assisting machine tenders or others with the physical requirements of the assigned operations
• →require operating small hand-type or less complicated equipment
• →removing tubes from overhead dryer chain conveyor
• →loading tubes on trucks and labeling them properly
• →placing scrap on carts to be hauled away
• →inspection and packing tubes
• →other essential duties as assigned

• have a very good record in the areas of safety, work history, attendance and housekeeping
• Able to work o/t, weekends, and holidays
• Have a history of labor intensive work experience
• Fork truck experience preferred
