• This role is positioned between operational compliance execution and senior legal advisory.

• →Monitor and interpret German and EU regulatory developments
  (BaFin, EBA, ESMA)
• →Conduct regulatory impact assessments
  (WpIG, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, DORA)
• →Support the development of legally sound compliance frameworks
• →Advise clients during audit preparation and supervisory communication
• →Contribute to structured compliance concepts and documentation

• Several years of professional experience in compliance, legal advisory or regulatory risk
• Strong knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks
• Academic background in law, finance, economics or a related field
• Structured, analytical working style and confident client communication
• Interest in RegTech and practical regulatory implementation
