Appointment Setter Remote | No Experience Required

You’ll connect with individuals who are already expecting information, allowing you to focus on providing a helpful and professional experience rather than traditional prospecting.

• →Meet with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments

• →Walk members through available benefit and coverage options
• →Answer questions and make information easy to understand
• →Assist with applications, documentation, and next steps
• →Maintain communication with members after their initial appointment
• →Develop lasting relationships through dependable service and follow-up
• →Attend virtual training, coaching, and professional development sessions

• Strong verbal communication and listening abilities
• Comfortable working with computers, email, video meetings, and online systems

• Motivated to learn new skills and improve through coaching
• Able to meet applicable background screening requirements

Previous experience is not required. Training is provided to help new team members learn the systems, processes, and responsibilities of the position.
