We're looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong electrical, civil, or construction background to support transportation and municipal infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a Senior Estimator with the potential to grow into a long-term leadership role.

Responsibilities

→Prepare estimates for traffic signals, ITS, roadway lighting, pump stations, airport electrical, and civil projects
→Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
→Estimate electrical and civil construction components
→Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
→Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
→Identify project risks, constructability concerns, and value-engineering opportunities
→Collaborate with PMs, field operations, vendors, and leadership
→Prepare competitive bids and support project handoffs

5–7 years of construction-related experience
Estimating, project management, field supervision, or skilled trades experience
Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents
Working knowledge of electrical and/or civil construction
Strong Excel, mathematical, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with DOT, municipal, county, or public works projects is a plus
