In this role, you will help consumers understand beauty products, recommend suitable options and provide guidance on product use, ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

• Advanced English proficiency, with C1 level or above recommended.
• Experience in cosmetics or skincare retail, beauty advisory or a related field
