Dutch Customer Account Specialist - Athens

We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a growing international team in Greece as Customer Account Specialists. In this role, you will communicate with customers regarding account-related matters, provide support and guidance on payment arrangements, and help maintain positive customer relationships through professional and solution-oriented communication.

• →Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email
• →Handle account and payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
• →Support customers in finding suitable payment solutions and arrangements
• →Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system
• →Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines
• →Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience during every interaction

• Native or near-native level of Dutch
• Very good level of English (B2)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with professional approach
• Previous experience in customer support, collections, finance or account management
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive conversations professionally
