German - Customer Support - Team leader

• →Communicating: Understanding and setting the needs and relevant tone of voice to each of our customers (courier partners, customers, and merchants) that are reaching out to us.

• Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English would be considered an asset; not required though
• Previous experience at a similar role
• Flexibility to work in shifts (no night shifts)
• You are located in Athens or willing to relocate to Athens
• EU Passport
• Multitasking is your strong suit and you’re prepared to manage multiple incoming interactions simultaneously and effortlessly determine which take priority
