Japanese Customer Support Specialist - Lisbon

We are looking for Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading global platform connecting buyers and sellers. Be part of a dynamic, international team in Lisbon that values empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration.

• → Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• → Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions
• → Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and procedures
• → Handle customer queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy
• → Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Experts, etc.) to improve the overall Customer Experience
• → Identify opportunities for service improvement through customer feedback

• Native or C1 level of Japanese
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus
• Ability to multitask and switch between various communication channels
• Team-player mindset and flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays
• Availability to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week
