As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring top-tier support for Polish-speaking customers.

• →Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• →Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries.
• →Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective.
• →Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
• →Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
