• →Identify and assess customers’ needs
• →Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• →Meet personal/customer service team targets
• →Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
• →Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and webchat
• →Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets
• →Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams

• Native or near native Spanish speaker
• B2-level English
• Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
• At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
• Previous experience on customer sector will be considered positively
