SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and reliable Executive Assistant to support our mission and company values.

Remote. Ability to travel. Relocation to Washington, D.C. (optional).

Responsibilities

→Handle general administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
→Conserve the executive’s time by researching, collecting, analyzing, and sharing information.
→Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, and other documents.
→Write and/or edit business documents.
→Manage the schedule and communications of key executives.
→Manage time-sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience supporting C-Level executives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
Strong ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
