Remote, with potential for travel as required.

Relocation to the project site may be required.

• →Provide professional services and project implementation support to SPIN Global clients, ensuring obligations of contracts and task orders are fulfilled.
• →Collaborate with clients to understand needs, support deliverable execution, and maintain client satisfaction through consistent communication and problem-solving.
• →Serve as a contributor to our emergency management planning teams responsible for developing all-hazards and incident-specific plans at national, regional, state and local levels.
• →Conduct research and analysis to support the development of technical deliverables.
• →Assist with plan refinement, exercise development and implementation, and plan socialization.
• →Support the preparation of briefings, reports, and policy-related documents in alignment with project objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Professional experience in emergency management planning.
• Demonstrated understanding of emergency management planning processes, including exercise programs and principles.
• Successful completion of Incident Command System (ICS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) courses.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Documented understanding of the planning process, emergency management exercise programs and principles.
• Successful completion of Incident Command System (ICS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) courses.
