Spire Leeds are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Nurse to join our research team on a flexible bank basis, supporting a portfolio of haematology clinical trials.
The successful candidate will provide quality clinical care to trial participants while ensuring studies are delivered in accordance with research protocols, Good Clinical Practice, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Spire Leeds Hospital, located in Roundhay, Leeds, has been treating patients for almost 30 years. We are the region’s largest private hospital in terms of the range of services we offer and the number of consultants we work with. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including four operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. There are outpatient and physiotherapy departments providing services six days per week
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate and deliver care for patients participating in haematology clinical trials
- →Complete trial-related assessments, interventions, and follow-up appointments
- →Liaise with patients, investigators, multidisciplinary teams, and research sponsors
- →Maintain accurate clinical and research documentation
- →Support data collection, safety reporting, and monitoring visits
- →Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice, and local policies
- Registered Nurse with current NMC Pin - your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Trial Nurse
- Experience supporting haematology clinical trials
- Sound knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and research governance
- Excellent communication, organisation, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly on a bank basis
- Experience across early and late phase clinical trials would be an advantage.
