Bank Driver

Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver to join our Temporary Staffing on a bank/occasional basis. The Successful applicant will need to have a clean driving licence, be well mannered and have excellent customer service.

• →To clean, wash, refuel and organise ongoing maintenance of company vehicle used to transport equipment and evidence this
• →To complete a daily vehicle check to ensure the vehicle is road-worthy
• →To collect/deliver items needed by the hospital from/to other hospitals or facilities around the local area
• →To deliver occasional taxi service to patients and Spire executive staff.as directed by theatre Manager 
• →To support other hospital departments as necessary including Abergele Consulting Rooms
• →Collection and delivery  of instruments  on a pre-designated route/schedule 
• →Responsible for safe loading, unloading and checking of trays, instruments and sets
• →To work under the supervision of the theatre manager in the ordering of consumable stock from the Spire NDC ( National Distribution Centre) to manage effective stock levels

• Previous relevant experience in a similar environment
• Full Driving Licence
• Customer facing role
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
