Responsibilities

  • Represent Audio Dev's needs and priorities in product roadmap discussions and planning cycles
  • Coordinate between Audio Dev and Product/Engineering teams on shared workstreams and initiatives
  • Bring Audio Dev context into product decisions — surfacing the right data, needs, and trade-offs at the right time
  • Track product initiatives that affect Sounds and flag dependencies or risks proactively
  • Own the operational cadence of the Audio Dev team, meeting schedules, agendas, follow-ups, and action item tracking
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for leadership presentations and cross-functional meetings
  • Ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time
  • Help category leads show up to key meetings prepared and aligned
  • Manage and report on the audio development budget (~$120k/month)
  • Track spend across in-house production, third-party labels, and artist partnerships
  • Flag risks and variances to leadership with context and recommendations
  • Partner with Finance on reporting and routine financial processes
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across contracting, approvals, and tracking
  • Partner with Content Operations to improve systems and reduce manual friction
  • Serve as a first-line escalation point for cross-functional issues, routing them appropriately
  • Aggregate data on catalog performance, spend, and content health for leadershipIdentify trends or issues that need attention and bring them forward with context
  • Support category leads with operational data to inform their decisions
  • 3–6 years in program management, content operations, or business operations, ideally in a music, media, or subscription business
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing complex, multi-team workstreams
  • Comfortable owning meeting cadences, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience working with budgets and financial tracking
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work through ambiguity without waiting to be told what to do

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in music tech or creator-focused technology
  • A track record of building automations and scalable workflows to streamline team operations
  • Experience architecting processes and systems in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
