AV & Lutron Technician – Luxury Residential

Location: Philadelphia / NYC (Greater Region) + Travel
Compensation: $28–$42 per hour based on experience + a generous per diem for overnights
Employment Type: This is a full time, hourly, non-exempt role

• →Build, dress, terminate, and label custom AV racks.
• →Install TVs, speakers, motorized shades, and network gear.
• →Program, commission, and troubleshoot luxury home control systems.
• →Work inside finished luxury homes where care and attention matter.

• →2+ years hands-on A/V, electrical, or similar construction experience
• →Lutron Homeworks certification and experience (or similar).
• →Savant programming experience preferred.
• →Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs / climb ladders.
• →Professional presence with clients, builders, and designers

• →Philadelphia + NYC: These are our primary markets. Regular work in both is expected, including overnight stays when needed.
• →Beyond the Northeast: Some projects take us farther, including destinations such as Miami.
• →Fully Covered: All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
