Smart Home Installer & Programmer (Lutron, Savant, AV)

• →Program & Commission: Set up and configure high-end lighting, shading, and automation systems (Lutron, Savant, and more).
• →System Optimization: Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex residential networks and AV systems, both on-site and remotely.
• →Precision Installation: Install TVs, premium audio, and motorized shading systems where beautiful finishes, clean craftsmanship, rack-building, and attention to detail matter.
• →Collaborate: Work alongside an elite team that operates on a strict "No Ego, No Blame" policy.

If you have 2+ years of experience in high-end residential AV, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a blend of the following:

• Automation Experience: Familiarity with luxury control systems. Experience with programming Lutron HomeWorks or Savant is highly preferred.
• The Fundamentals: A solid understanding of standard AV, home networking, WiFi, and signal flow.
• Craftsmanship: Pride in your work—clean racks, hidden wires, and precise installations.
• Low-Voltage: Experience with low-voltage wiring and cable management.
• Physical & Logistics: Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and a valid driver’s license.

Overnight travel is an essential function of this role because our projects take us where our clients go.

• Primary Hubs: Projects in Philadelphia and NYC are common. Longer-distance travel may occur, including destinations such as Florida.
• Fully Covered: All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
