Business Intelligence Analyst

• Design and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, and SSIS.
• Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Automate reporting and data processes using Python and Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, troubleshoot data issues, and support business decisions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting standards.
  

• 2+ years of hands-on Business Intelligence or Data Analytics experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server (T-SQL), Python, SSIS, and SSRS/Power BI Report Builder.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and BI architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• Experience in a BPO, contact center, or workforce management environment.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
• Experience with advanced Power BI visualizations, forecasting, or large datasets.
