Life Sharing Nurse (Registered Nurse - RN) - Per Diem

St. Joseph's Center is looking for detailed, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve in the role of Life Sharing Nurse. In the role of Life Sharing Nurse you will work with a team creating a positive, person-centered care approach in supporting the medical, health, and wellness needs of the individuals and families supported.

Life Sharing provides support and guidance for children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who reside in host homes and for families providing care for loved ones at home.

• A current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
• 2+ years experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Computer Literacy including, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Valid PA Driver’s license

The primary function of this position is to ensure required standards for the care and protection of children, and adults in the program. The Life Sharing Nurse will assist and maintain maximum standards and work towards the creation, development and implementation of service for children and their families within Life Sharing Medical Complex Condition. Maintain employee and consumer confidentiality at all times.
