A rapidly expanding services organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to help lead and strengthen its accounting operations during a significant growth phase.

The organization has completed multiple acquisitions and continues to scale aggressively, creating a need for strong operational accounting leadership and scalable financial infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, improving systems, mentoring accounting professionals, and working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Help lead and manage the monthly close process across multiple entities and locations.
-Supervise, develop, and mentor senior accounting staff.
-Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting deliverables.
-Support acquisition integrations and accounting process standardization.
-Help build scalable accounting infrastructure, processes, and internal controls.
-Partner with leadership on financial reporting, automation, and operational improvements.
-Support location-level financial reporting and allocation methodologies.
-Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
-Assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives.
-Identify opportunities to improve accounting efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Qualifications
-5–15 years of progressive accounting experience.
-Strong operational accounting and month-end close experience.
-Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience required.
-Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
-Public accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

-Experience with ERP platforms such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite is preferred.
-Demonstrated process improvement and leadership capabilities.
-Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
-Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving organization.

Compensation & Benefits
-$120,000 base salary.
-Estimated 10–15% incentive opportunity, with total compensation up to approximately $145,000.
