Controller, CPA

• →Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis
• →Deliver timely, accurate financial statements in line with GAAP
• →Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• →Improve processes and build accounting workflows that scale
• →Own and optimize the ERP
• →Set up and maintain strong internal controls
• →Partner with leadership to support business decisions
• →Oversee eCommerce accounting, including revenue recognition, inventory, and reconciliation of payment and marketplace data

• A proven Controller, or a strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
• eCommerce, retail, or consumer products experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a growing, mid-sized company
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
• A strong leadership and team development mindset
• Able to work both strategically and tactically
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
