As a Senior Endpoint Management & Imaging Engineer, you will: Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint deployment and imaging solutions using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune. Lead Windows device deployment, operating system upgrades, and endpoint lifecycle management across large-scale enterprise environments. Configure, maintain, and optimize PXE-based imaging infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operating system deployments. Develop, manage, and enhance Operating System Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences to support evolving business and technology requirements. Implement and optimize Nomad Cache solutions to improve content distribution efficiency and reduce network utilization during large-scale deployments. Automate endpoint management and deployment activities through PowerShell scripting and process improvements. Manage Windows client upgrades, feature updates, and migration projects using SCCM Task Sequences. Support modern device management initiatives using Microsoft Intune, including application deployment and device provisioning. Collaborate with IT teams, service desks, and end users to ensure smooth deployment experiences and timely issue resolution. Troubleshoot complex endpoint deployment, imaging, and upgrade-related issues while maintaining operational excellence. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in endpoint management, device deployment, and enterprise imaging solutions. Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft SCCM/MECM administration and endpoint management. Proven experience implementing and managing Nomad Cache for enterprise content distribution. Extensive knowledge of PXE-based imaging and operating system deployment methodologies. Solid experience with Windows Client Upgrades, including in-place upgrades and feature updates at enterprise scale. Hands-on experience designing and managing OSD Task Sequences for operating system deployment projects. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, customization, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including Win32 application deployment and device management. Experience with Intune Autopilot provisioning and modern workplace solutions. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You Should Possess the Ability To: Design and execute enterprise-wide operating system deployment strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex imaging, deployment, and endpoint management issues. Automate repetitive administrative tasks through scripting and process optimization. Manage large-scale Windows upgrade and migration initiatives with minimal business disruption. Optimize software distribution mechanisms while ensuring network efficiency. Support both traditional and modern endpoint management platforms. Engage effectively with end users and technical teams to deliver high-quality support. Prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Document deployment processes, technical procedures, and operational standards.
