As we continue to scale, we are investing in a best-in-class recruitment delivery function that directly supports client growth and revenue generation. The Missions: We are hiring a Global Head of Delivery – Recruitment to lead and scale our delivery capability across multiple regions and client accounts. This is a senior leadership (manager-level) role requiring a true player-coach. You will set the global delivery strategy while remaining hands-on—owning key roles, driving execution, and embedding a strong commercial mindset across the team. Delivery is a core revenue driver in our business. This role is critical in ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality talent at speed while contributing to client growth and business expansion. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Delivery Leadership (Hands-On) Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across all accounts and regions Personally lead delivery on strategic, complex, or high-value roles Act as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges Set and maintain a high bar for execution, quality, and pace 2. Commercial Delivery & Revenue Alignment Drive a commercial mindset across the delivery function Partner with Sales and Client Services to support account growth and retention Translate hiring activity into actionable market intelligence and business opportunities Ensure delivery teams understand client priorities, commercial drivers, and margins 3. Operational Excellence & Scaling Delivery Build and implement scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks Optimise processes across sourcing, screening, and pipeline management Leverage tools, automation, and data to improve efficiency and output Balance speed, quality, and cost across all delivery activity 4. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed global team of recruiters and delivery leads Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability and KPIs Upskill the team into consultative, insight-driven recruiters Design team structure and hiring plans aligned to business growth 5. Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping Build proactive pipelines across key Marketing Tech skillsets and geographies Establish talent communities to support recurring and high-volume hiring Drive market mapping initiatives that support both delivery and commercial teams 6. Data, Reporting & Performance Own global delivery KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Submit, quality, productivity) Implement clear reporting linking delivery performance to commercial outcomes Ensure data accuracy across ATS/CRM systems Lead regular internal and client-facing performance reviews Requirements The Profile: What You Bring 8–12+ years’ experience in agency recruitment or workforce solutions Proven experience in a delivery leadership / manager-level role with global team oversight Strong background in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environments Demonstrated ability to remain hands-on in delivery, owning roles and key accounts Clear commercial acumen, with experience aligning recruitment delivery to revenue outcomes Experience hiring within Marketing Technology, Digital, or related domains Track record of building and leading high-performing, remote teams Advanced sourcing capability and strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and systems
